Our 1st graders became history detectives during an interactive online scavenger hunt all about African American inventors! 🕵🏽‍♀️💡 Students explored kid-friendly digital clues to discover inventions that changed our world — from safer elevators to improved medical tools and everyday devices we still use today. As they worked through each challenge, they practiced: 🔎 Research skills 💻 Technology navigation 🧠 Critical thinking 🤝 Collaboration The excitement was contagious as students uncovered hidden messages, solved clues, and learned how innovation and perseverance helped shape history. We love creating engaging, hands-on (and minds-on!) experiences that make learning come alive while honoring the incredible contributions of African American leaders and inventors. ❤️💛💚
